SiPhox Health is seeking a Product Manager for Mail-In Blood Testing in Boston, MA. You will own the physical kit and the digital results experience, driving end-to-end product delivery and rapid iterations in a regulated health-tech environment.

The role emphasizes ownership, speed, and practical solutions within regulatory guardrails. Leadership of cross-functional teams and collaboration with operations, R&D, and marketing will be essential.

Formación

• 3+ years in product, marketing, or operations in regulated, fast-moving settings like healthcare or biotech.
• Comfort owning both physical and digital product surfaces and making decisions from operational data.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability as priorities and conditions change rapidly.
• Excellent communicator who moves cross-functional teams without relying on formal authority.
• Familiarity with CLIA/CAP, HIPAA, and lab compliance standards.
• Founder or early-employee experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's in business, marketing or a related field — or an equivalent record of accomplishment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product end to end: kit design, sample collection, return logistics, lab processing, results delivery.
• Own the digital results experience, portal and app, as a core surface, not a SW hand-off.
• Own design, build quality, cost, and customer experience across kit and software.
• Execute launches and modifications with clinical, operations, and SW development.
• Deliver new kit variants for e-commerce and B2B channels, drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across marketing, operations, R&D, and SW development to drive product excellence.
