What we're looking for:

• Strong experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Product Lead, around 5+ years.
• At least 2 years of people management experience, ideally leading product professionals.
• Experience building B2B SaaS or another complex B2B technology product.
• Real product influence — shape product direction, not just manage an existing backlog.
• Direct customer impact — your decisions can influence retailers' revenue and customer experience.
• International environment — collaborate with a globally distributed team and US-based customers.
