Job summary

Shanghai Crypto Exchange is seeking an experienced Product leader to own the overall product strategy, roadmap, and long-term planning for its general product lines.

You will translate business objectives into clear product directions, balance resources across trading, growth, and user experience, and drive measurable ROI. Lead a team of product managers and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Compliance to deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience with complex product ecosystems including trading/account systems or B2B back-office platforms is a strong plus.
• Ability to balance technical, UX, and business objectives with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Overall Planning
• Own the overall product strategy, roadmap, and long-term planning for the company’s general product lines
• Translate business objectives into clear, actionable product directions and priorities
• Make informed trade-offs and balance across trading, growth, account systems, and end-user experience to maximize ROI on resource allocation
• Product Lines & Business Execution
• Develop a deep understanding of the business model and work closely with Business, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure products are successfully launched and deliver measurable business outcomes
• Team Management & Capability Building
• Build and lead the general product team, including hiring, developing, and performance management of product managers
• Establish product methodologies and operating mechanisms to prompote overall professionalism and delivery efficiency
• Take hands-on ownership of critical initiatives when needed, acting as the primary accountable owner to drive resolution of complex problems
• Cross-functional Collaboration & Execution
• Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance, and Operations teams to resolve cross-team dependencies
• Drive decision-making in complex organizational environments and ensure product direction is not overly diluted
• Own product outcomes, continuously track core metrics, and drive ongoing optimization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; background in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields preferred
• 8+ years of product experience, including 3–5+ years of product team management experience
• Experience with complex product ecosystems; familiarity with trading products, account systems, or B2B back-office platforms is a strong plus
• Ability to understand technical implementation, user experience, and business objectives simultaneously, with strong judgment and decision-making skills
• Highly results-oriented, with the ability to execute effectively in fast-paced, high-uncertainty environments
