Genesis Dynamics, Inc is seeking a Product Intern to directly support a D2C-first launch. You will work closely with the Product Lead, engineers, and other teams to ship and iterate a real product, learning what it takes to move from concept to customer use in the real world.

You will help build a complete product experience—device, app/software, onboarding materials, and support workflows—driving end-to-end improvements based on real customer feedback and metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-user journey from interest to onboarding and ongoing use.
  • Help build device + app/software + onboarding materials + documentation.
  • Track D2C product metrics and identify patterns.
  • Collaborate with engineering, research/biomechanics, and manufacturing.
  • Translate feedback into clear notes, tasks, and priorities.
  • Support launch readiness: onboarding flows, FAQs, training docs.
  • Maintain lightweight processes: checklists and release notes.
  • Talk to users to gather patterns and close feedback loops.
  • Identify what's working and what to improve next.
