Job summary

Little Sleepies is seeking a Product Integrity Analyst to uphold our brand’s safety and quality across the product lifecycle. You’ll support compliance, testing, and documentation from materials through finished goods, collaborating with design, production, and vendors to ensure standards are met.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced with global safety regulations, lab testing, and audits, enabling excellence in every step of product development.

• Strong knowledge of global product safety regulations and testing standards.
• Experience documenting compliance and testing across product lifecycles.
• Experience working with factories, inspection agencies, and labs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure raw materials and finished products meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Manage product testing, inspections, and compliance documentation.
• Review third-party lab test reports for physical, chemical, and safety compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments and suggest improvements to design and production teams.
• Support CPSC e-filing and documentation requirements with timely submissions.
• Develop risk assessments and technical files for all SKUs.
• Analyze inspection results and returns to identify trends and root causes.
• Track vendor performance, inspection outcomes, and quality KPIs.
• Collaborate with design teams to approve pre-production samples.
• Coordinate third-party audits (e.g., BSCI, SMETA, WRAP) and track findings.
• Partner with vendors to implement Corrective Action Plans.

The Role

At Little Sleepies, we’re committed to making the softest, safest, and most thoughtfully designed apparel for little ones and their families. As a Product Integrity Analyst, you’ll play a key role in upholding our brand’s reputation for quality and safety by supporting all aspects of product compliance, quality assurance, and testing across the product lifecycle.

This role sits at the intersection of compliance, product development, and production—ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about ensuring excellence at every step.

What you’ll do:

• Ensure all raw materials and finished products meet applicable safety, performance, labeling, and regulatory standards (e.g., CPSC, CPSIA, REACH, ASTM).
• Manage product testing, inspections, and compliance documentation across the product lifecycle
• Review and approve third-party lab test reports for physical, chemical, and safety compliance
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend solutions to design, sourcing, and product teams
• Support all CPSC e-filing and documentation requirements, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Develop and maintain risk assessments, compliance documentation, and technical files for all SKUs
  
• Analyze inspection results, testing data, and customer returns to identify trends and root causes
• Track and report on vendor performance, inspection outcomes, and quality KPIs
• Partner with Technical Design, Design, and Product Development to approve pre-production and TOP samples before full production.
• Assist in scheduling and reviewing third-party audits (e.g., BSCI, SMETA, WRAP), and track findings
• Partner with vendors to develop and implement Corrective Action Plans (CAPs)
• Stay current on global regulatory updates, ethical sourcing standards, and industry best practices

What you’ll bring to the team:

• 3-5 years experience in product compliance, quality assurance, or a similar role within the apparel, consumer goods, or children’s product space
• Strong knowledge of global product safety regulations and testing standards
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and data analysis skills
• Experience working with factories, inspection agencies, and third-party testing labs
• Familiarity with social compliance programs and ethical sourcing standards
• A collaborative, proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
