Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years directly relevant work experience.
  • Ability to interpret quality signals, assess product or process risk, and connect findings to improvement opportunities.
  • Supply chain experience and understanding of how product, material, manufacturing, and operational decisions shape quality performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to structure ambiguous questions and communicate practical conclusions.
  • Experience using data to identify quality trends, risks, opportunities, and business implications.

  • Analyze quality information across product creation, materials, manufacturing, testing, issue management, consumer feedback, and marketplace performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Turn analytical findings into clear quality insights, practical recommendations, and decision-ready stories for cross-functional partners and leaders.
  • Partner with Product Integrity and subject matter experts to interpret findings in the right product, quality, and process context.
  • Support product, material, and process investigations by connecting quality signals with product attributes, process conditions, and marketplace outcomes.
  • Develop and improve dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and recurring reports that provide reliable visibility into quality performance.
  • Connect and govern data from multiple sources to strengthen metric consistency, accuracy, accessibility, and shared definitions.
  • Partner with Technology and Analytics teams to improve data pipelines, automation, reporting solutions, and scalable self-service capabilities.
  • Use analytical and AI-enabled tools to accelerate pattern recognition, insight generation, and prioritization of quality opportunities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that prevent issues, reduce defects, strengthen process effectiveness, and improve consumer-facing quality.
  • Manage analytical requests and project priorities by balancing business impact, urgency, data availability, and stakeholder needs.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

The Product Integrity Analyst brings quality expertise, supply chain experience, and strong analytical thinking to improve product quality and the consumer experience. This person evaluates quality performance across the product lifecycle, connects data to business and supply chain context, and turns complex findings into clear, actionable insights.


The ideal candidate is curious, collaborative, and comfortable navigating quality, supply chain, product, and analytics topics. They structure ambiguous questions, spot meaningful patterns, communicate practical recommendations, and build knowledge of Nike products and Product Engineering processes through partnership with subject matter experts.


WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON

This role works within Product Integrity and collaborates with partners across Product Creation, Materials, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketplace, Consumer Insights, Technology, and Analytics. The analyst connects quality experts, product teams, and technical partners so insights lead to aligned action and measurable improvement.


WHAT YOU BRING


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience or training

  • A minimum of 2 years directly relevant work experience

  • Demonstrated ability to interpret quality signals, assess product or process risk, and connect findings to improvement opportunities.

  • Supply chain experience and an understanding of how product, material, manufacturing, and operational decisions shape quality performance.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to structure ambiguous questions, assess evidence, identify patterns, and communicate practical conclusions.

  • Experience using data to identify quality trends, risks, opportunities, and business implications.

  • Experience building reports, dashboards, scorecards, or visualizations in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.

  • Experience with SQL, Databricks, Python, Alteryx, or comparable data preparation and analytics tools.

  • Experience using automation, advanced analytics, or AI-enabled tools to generate insights and improve workflows.

  • Ability to translate complex quality and analytical information into clear, concise, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and regions.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.


PREFERRED EXPERIENCE


  • Knowledge of footwear or apparel products, materials, product creation, testing, manufacturing, and quality processes.

  • Experience working with large, complex, or disconnected datasets and improving data quality or reporting efficiency.

  • Familiarity with quality systems and standards, issue management, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and quality governance.

  • Experience applying automation, advanced analytics, or AI-enabled tools to scale insights, improve decision-making, or streamline workflows.

  • Experience contributing in a global, cross-functional product environment.
