Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing, production, packing, or quality inspection experience preferred.
• Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections of finished products for quality defects.
• Package products according to customer specifications and company standards.
• Prepare packing materials, labels, and shipment documentation.
• Follow Quality Management System (QMS) procedures.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Communicate quality or production concerns to supervisors and team members.
• Support a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Work closely with production staff to meet quality and productivity goals.
