Ascensus seeks a product professional to serve as the primary liaison between Product and segments, shaping strategy, roadmaps, and launches, while coordinating with stakeholders and partners to deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, program management, product operations, or segment- or partner-facing roles.
• Experience in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
• Experience developing business cases, opportunity documents, or strategic proposals tied to measurable outcomes.
• Experience analyzing products, packaging, and competitive offerings and providing evidence-based recommendations.
• Industry and domain knowledge to credibly engage with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between Product and assigned segments or partners.
• Communicate product vision, roadmap, releases, progress, and outcomes to segment leaders and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with segment leaders to identify business problems and market needs.
• Synthesize feedback into actionable insights for decision-makers.
• Influence prioritization and sequencing aligned to capability objectives and OKRs.
• Represent segment strategy in enterprise planning and execution.
• Support planning, launch readiness, and market introduction activities.
• Develop knowledge of segment nuances to identify opportunities and inform direction.
• Lead cross-team issue resolution and escalate as needed.
