Job summary

DAP Health Revivals in the Coachella Valley region seeks a Product Flow Coordinator to receive donated merchandise, sort it for processing, and stock it on the sales floor.

Based at our Palm Springs, Indio, Cathedral City, or Palm Desert locations, the role supports daily store and warehouse operations, loads trucks, assists with displays, and helps serve customers with a friendly, bilingual (Spanish) approach where possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of warehouse or retail experience.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Experience/knowledge of thrift store environment.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Handle receipt of donated merchandise ensuring excellent customer service in the drop-off area.
• Sort donated merchandise by category for processing.
• Stock processed merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Load and unload Revivals donation trucks and assist with unloading deliveries of new products as needed.
• Assist with store displays as needed.
• Identify product needs on the sales floor and communicate to the Warehouse Manager or designee.
• Greet customers when on the sales floor.
• Interact with customers by answering questions they may have.
• Clean warehouse and restrooms as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
