Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or related analytical role.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and SQL for data analysis.
• Exposure to planning tools such as Anaplan, NetSuite, or Adaptive Insights.
• Experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders to validate inputs and present analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own Consumer Trading revenue forecasting and variance analysis, reconciling actuals against forecast monthly.
• Manage end-to-end financial deliverables for Developer and Stablecoin products, including revenue forecasting and OpEx budgeting.
• Build driver-based financial models powering revenue and expense analysis across products.
• Investigate financial and operational data to surface trends, anomalies, and opportunities proactively.
• Lead the month-end close process for coverage areas, ensuring data integrity with Accounting.
