Job summary

You will facilitate architecture and requirements sessions, create clear documentation, and support go-to-market readiness while ensuring governance, privacy, and quality throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Elicit, clarify, analyze and translate business needs into clear requirements and specifications.
• Create business requirements documentation, conceptual designs, data workflows and supporting materials.
• Facilitate requirements conversations with Product, Technology, Analytics, Legal/Compliance, stakeholders and customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Embed with business partners and technical teams to define, validate, document and execute new product delivery.
• Manage large scale initiatives with multiple pieces of work across cross-functional teams.
• Support initiatives through development, QA, customer testing, production readiness and implementation.
• Coordinate with senior team members to resolve risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Drive speed to market while maintaining quality, governance and delivery readiness.
