Victaulic headquaters in Easton, PA seeks a Quality Assurance Technician / PER Technician to support product evaluations and first‑piece approvals across a 125‑country footprint. You will collaborate with Quality and Applications Engineering to investigate failure modes and maintain core quality systems.

Qualifications

• Associate technical degree or equivalent technical experience is required.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and hands-on technical experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct lab evaluations of returned products to determine and document failure modes.
• Investigate PER failure modes with Quality and Application Engineering to determine evaluation methods.
• Support ISIR/first piece approval processes and related documentation.
• Assist Global Quality with data mining, dock audits, inspection, reports, and performance analyses.
• Serve as backup administrator for CCD, PER, ISIR and DocuSign systems.

We're looking for a Quality Assurance Technician / PER Technician to join our Corporate Quality Assurance team at our World Headquarters in Easton, PA. In this role, you'll support the initiatives of the Global Quality Assurance Group - from Product Evaluation Request (PER) lab evaluations to first piece approvals - helping ensure Victaulic products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You'll work closely with Quality and Application Engineering to investigate complex failure modes and keep our core quality systems running smoothly. This is an opportunity to build hands‑on technical expertise while directly supporting product quality across a 125-country global footprint, with a relocation package offered to help you make the move.

WHAT YOU'LL BUILD & OWN

• Support Victaulic's Product Evaluation Request (PER) system by conducting lab evaluations of returned products to determine and document failure modes.
• Partner with Quality and Application Engineering to investigate complex PER failure modes and determine evaluation methods.
• Support Victaulic's first piece approval process (ISIR System).
• Assist the Global Quality Group with day-to-day activities, including data mining & analysis, product returns, dock audits, visual & dimensional inspection, report generation, past performance analysis, and capability studies.
• Serve as primary backup administrator for the Engineering Change Control System (CCD), the Product Evaluation Request System (PER), the 3.1 Material Certificate System, the Initial Sample Inspection Report System (ISIR), and DocuSign.
• Bring excellent written and verbal communication skills to daily collaboration across the Quality organization.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with hands‑on technical experience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to set priorities.
• Proficiency with electronic systems and software, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Self‑motivation and a desire to excel in a fast‑paced, changing work environment.
