Qualifications

• Lead a focused team of Product Engineers and set technical direction across frontend, backend, APIs, and data models.
• Partner with Product Manager and Product Designer to define roadmap and balance value with reusable foundations.
• Establish execution models with clear DRIs, milestones, and risk discovery to keep work aligned.

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team with clear ownership and strong technical judgment.
• Set technical direction for product domains and ensure high-quality AI-native developments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate customer needs into durable product capabilities.
