Qualifications

We need a Product Engineer who will implement autonomous security remediation workflows, integrate threat information from Vellox Ranger, orchestrate response actions through Tines, and ensure AI agents are audit-ready using Layer One governance frameworks. You'll work directly with security operations teams, build policy-governed autonomous systems, and contribute to solving the critical analyst shortage facing enterprise SOCs. You Have:

  • Experience with Python programming for automation and API integration
  • Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON data processing
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, including common threats and security operations concepts
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

  • Experience with MITRE ATT&CK framework and threat intelligence concepts
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and security tools including SIEM and EDR
  • Knowledge of security automation, SOAR platforms, or workflow orchestration tools
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as NIST 800-53, NIST AI RMF, and SOC 2
  • Knowledge of agentic AI, autonomous systems, or machine learning
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or related field preferred

The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
