Qualifications

• Current college sophomore or rising junior pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
• Leadership roles and/or teamwork experience in student activities or clubs.
• Work experience and/or extracurricular activities in leadership roles and/or team environments.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively in a team to implement advanced product engineering.
• Collaborate with manager to identify best methods for tooling.
• Utilize a structured engineering approach to deploy best practices to achieve yield targets.
• Initiate and/or update documentation of procedures, traveler instructions, and Front End guides.
• Provide regular (weekly) updates to manager and Pre-Production department.
• Compare existing manufacturing practices with TTM best practices and propose appropriate improvements.
• Suggest capital project efforts to resolve technology capability issues.
• Participate in internal design reviews to ensure compatibility of processing techniques to meet customer needs.
