Job summary

Truvo is seeking a Product Engineer to own how our product looks and feels. You will design and build interfaces for customers, agents, and carrier partners, taking ideas from sketch to production with a seamless handoff and no waiting queue.

You will shape the design system, craft motion and micro-interactions, and work closely with users to continuously improve the product. Experience with React/TypeScript and a portfolio of interfaces is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong opinions about interfaces with a portfolio to prove it.
• Able to start from a concept without a written spec.
• Proficient in React and TypeScript.
• Able to build a scalable component library and ensure performance and accessibility.
• Thrives in ambiguity and ships quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end from sketch to production in React.
• Define and maintain the design system, motion, and empty states.
• Observe users and iterate on interfaces with insurance team and customers.
• Design AI-native surfaces where autonomous agents operate.
