Job summary

Sentry Equipment in Utah is seeking a Product Engineer IV to lead mechanical design and development of wastewater treatment equipment. You will own projects from concept through production, ensuring reliability, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.

You will perform detailed analyses, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive testing, validation, and lifecycle management to deliver innovative solutions that protect public health and the environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of mechanical product design and development experience.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks or Creo for mechanical design and modeling.
  • Strong understanding of materials science, fluid mechanics, and thermodynamics.
  • Experience with product testing, validation methods, and failure analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the mechanical design and development of wastewater treatment products per specifications.

About the Role

The Product Engineer IV Mechanical Wastewater plays a critical role in the design, development, and optimization of mechanical products specifically tailored for wastewater treatment applications. The engineer will lead complex projects from concept through production, ensuring product performance, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness. Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
