Qualifications

• Pursuing BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering (junior/senior for BS)
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Experience with semiconductor theory is a plus
• Exposure to DC and RF measurement equipment desired

Responsibilities

• Assist Product Engineering with data analysis and reporting on semiconductor technologies
• Perform wafer and packaged level yield analysis evaluations
• Provide yield plans to meet targets and lead improvement efforts
• Support problem solving and continuous improvement within PE team
• Develop test plans for prototype and production electrical testing
• Interface with Design, Fab, Test, Applications, Product Management, and Quality teams
