Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in configuring and supporting IMS or similar systems.
• P&C/Specialty Insurance industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support for product and program implementation.
• Support launch of new Lines of Business using policy admin platforms.
• Debug issues identified by business users in Live or Test environments.
