AdTech Ceramics is seeking an engineering professional to oversee assigned product areas, assist sales with drawings and cost estimates, and collaborate with management, production, and sales to assess feasibility and customer demand.

You will help design tooling, define manufacturing processes, and establish standard costs while upholding quality standards and driving continuous improvement across departments.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 2–3 years of professional experience.
• Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail with excellent interpersonal and coaching abilities.

Responsabilités

• Assist sales in drawings, cost calculations, quotations, and technical discussions when required.
• Collaborate with management, production, and sales on feasibility, cost, and customer demand for products.
• Define manufacturing processes and document improvements with process engineering.
• Establish standard cost rates for new products and monitor quality standards.
• Lead project timelines and ensure on-track progress; manage delays.
• Train other employees and share skills; maintain safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned and support continuous improvement.
