Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years in design, drafting, or application engineering.
• Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail within defined design frameworks.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into practical designs.

Responsibilities

• Guide designers in daily work and standards application.
• Support change documentation as prototypes transition to production.
• Develop preliminary drawings from customer requirements.
• Reconfigure existing designs, assemblies, and components for new applications.
• Ensure configurations meet design standards, product rules, and constraints.
• Modify CAD models, assemblies, and BOMs for custom configurations.
• Ensure drawings are accurate and aligned with manufacturing capabilities.
