We value engineers who can push through technical challenges, set UX standards for agent interactions, and contribute to Devin and its core infrastructure. Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and React is important.

Qualifications

• Full-stack engineering depth and strong product sense.
• Genuine understanding of developer workflows and tooling.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript and React in production-grade products.
• Ability to make sound product decisions with minimal process.
• Detail-oriented UX and design focus for polished experiences.

Responsabilités

• Ship product end-to-end and communicate with users.
• Build performant interfaces across IDE, web, and CLI surfaces.
• Define interaction patterns for AI agent UX and developer workflows.
• Develop Devin and the core agent infrastructure, including the agent loop and tool use.
• Tackle hard engineering problems and move quickly across surfaces.
