Synquery Inc. in Nashville or Boston (Hybrid) is seeking a Product Engineer to own a core product surface and help shape the platform that powers AI-driven expert sourcing, interviewing, and client work.

You’ll work closely with senior engineers and the CTO, write requirements and docs, and build end-to-end solutions using AI tools. Early in your career? this role accelerates growth with ownership and direct impact.

Qualifications

• Heavy user of AI productivity tools and able to extract insights from conversations.
• Technically comfortable: you can read code, write scripts, and debug problems using AI.
• 1–3 years of experience in product, software, consulting, or early-stage companies.
• Clear, concise written communicator with the ability to document requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own a core product surface based on strengths and evolving needs.
• Engage with clients and users to understand pain points and needs.
• Turn insights into clear requirements and product specs.
• Build features, workflows, and agents using AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.).
• Collaborate with senior engineers and CTO through design/code reviews.
• Test and debug AI agents and maintain transparent team updates.
