My client is a 26-person AI infrastructure startup building an open-core platform that helps major enterprises deploy and manage AI securely at scale.
The company has reached $18M in ARR, grown revenue 6× in eight months, and serves more than 400 paying customers, including NVIDIA, NASA, and Etsy. Its enterprise customers pay for self-hosted functionality such as SSO, SCIM, authentication, and organization-wide AI infrastructure.
This is an opportunity to join an exceptionally talented team at a major inflection point and own products used by some of the largest companies in the world.
My client is hiring Product Engineers across junior and senior levels. You will help identify, validate, and build the company’s next zero-to-one products across areas such as AI agents, MCP, skills, intelligent model routing, and enterprise AI infrastructure.
This is not a role where engineers simply receive detailed tickets. You will work directly with customers, understand their underlying problems, decide what should be built, and own solutions from initial prototype through production.
