Essential Job Functions

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
• 0‑3+ years experience with new product development.
• Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and curiosity.
• Effective communication and time‑management skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks independently.
