Actalent is seeking a Product Engineer to maintain and improve manufacturing equipment and processes, validate and optimize new and existing product processes, and guide technical communication to meet quality, delivery, and cost targets. You will help design and refine manufacturing solutions and support process integration for new products.
The role requires hands-on experience with lab tools, test systems, and measurement equipment and favors those with medical device manufacturing exposure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of related experience preferred or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with lab tools, test systems, and measurement equipment is preferred.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies and continuous improvement practices is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills to manage technical information and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Contract to Hire position based out of Neenah, WI.
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
