Job Description Summary

Receive, check, coordinate and prepare all approval submittals for materials required per the contract, drawings & specifications for assigned projects in accordance with the schedule.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, ongoing continuing education work in mechanical / industrial engineering.
• Licensing/Registration/Certification: Preferred: AHC or P.E.
• Experience:
  • Required: 2 years Construction Engineering
  • Preferred: 4 years Construction Engineering
• Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Ability to read and interpret blue prints and specifications, communication skills: verbal and written, working knowledge of construction and detention equipment, presentation skills, time management skills, organizational skills, goal oriented
• Advanced computer skills: Internet, word processing, spreadsheets, AutoCAD or similar program, interpersonal skills, procurement processes, submittal preparation.
