Miller Resource Group is seeking a Product Engineer for a client in the plumbing and hydronic heating markets. The role leads product development from concept through commercialization, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Global Sourcing, and Quality to drive innovation and profitability.

The position offers a fast track to Program/Product Management and future leadership opportunities, with a generous relocation package. This is a 100% on-site role requiring relocation to the Detroit area.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience within residential/light commercial plumbing or hydronic heating required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance products from concept through commercialization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Global Sourcing to establish product priorities.
• Manage project budgets and track product development costs.
• Identify manufacturing partners and ensure products meet required industry certifications.
• Partner with Quality Control on product testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Support the development of product training materials and technical content.
