Job summary

GForce Life Sciences is seeking an Engineer, Engineering - Individual Contributor to support product transfer projects across Product Transfer, Operations, and Divisional teams. The role involves engineering support for product transfers, documenting activities per procedures, monitoring project progress, and developing manufacturing documentation such as SOPs and PFMEA.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in engineering, 2+ years in manufacturing, strong teamwork and communication skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-disciplinary communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing or design issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for product transfers, ensuring activities are completed and documented per company procedures.
• Monitor and control project progress, applying engineering principles to maintain quality and timeline.
• Develop manufacturing documentation such as SOPs, DMRs, DHRs, PFMEA, and Process Control Plans.
• Conduct training for operators and sustaining engineers on production processes.
• Write and execute equipment, cleaning, and process validation protocols.
• Ensure process and product quality according to operation and material specifications.
• Investigate yield issues and implement manufacturing improvements.
• Comply with GMP and safety procedures.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Mandatory Requirements

NICE TO HAVE
