The role collaborates widely to ensure consistency and regulatory alignment in product development and operations.

The position emphasizes documentation, onboarding, and knowledge transfer, with opportunities to lead audits and implement new processes within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for business or analytical focus.
• 4+ years in insurance or product roles with training, compliance or QA focus.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain structured training curriculum for Product Management and Product Operations.
• Document Product Development Life Cycle and cross-product processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve training, processes, and onboarding.
• Update product knowledge repositories, templates, and job aids.
• Perform root cause analysis on quality issues and support corrective actions.
• Lead implementation of new product processes, training, and tools.
• Support audits and Market Conduct exams; lead in Product when needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration for training and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Enablement and Product Operations on new initiatives.
