Datorth in New York City offers a full-time product discovery internship designed to translate customer research into roadmap clarity. You’ll synthesize insights, map journeys, and shape Datorth experiences across data and streaming workloads.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program focused on business, design, data, or related disciplines.
• Experience with user research or product strategy coursework.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Shadow customer interviews and distill insights into concise briefs.
• Join discovery sprints and help validate opportunities.
• Draft hypothesis statements and success metrics.
• Collaborate with design on prototypes and storytelling across the product lifecycle.

What you’ll do

Join our product team to explore unmet needs, validate opportunities, and align teams around the outcomes that matter most.

Research & synthesis

Shadow customer interviews, analyze signals from product analytics, and distill insights into concise briefs.

• Create opportunity maps and persona snapshots
• Document problem statements and JTBD frameworks

Experiment planning

Support discovery sprints that test assumptions about new platform capabilities and go-to-market motions.

• Draft hypothesis statements and success metrics
• Collaborate with design on low-fi prototypes
• Help score opportunities based on impact and confidence

Storytelling

Communicate recommendations through crisp narratives that align product, engineering, and revenue teams.

• Assist with quarterly roadmap readouts
• Share learnings with the broader product community

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program focused on business, design, data, or related disciplines.

• Experience with user research or product strategy coursework
