KLA is seeking a highly motivated system engineer to join the SFS-ADE division and advance wafer inspection equipment. The role emphasizes sustaining and expanding metrology systems, resolving complex escalations, and coordinating cross‑functional teams globally.
Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in physics and engineering disciplines, with experience in optics, mechatronics, and data analytics. On-site work in Hillsboro, Oregon is expected with significant travel.

The SFS‑ADE division engineering is looking for a highly motivated individual to join a growing team of system engineers to develop and sustain state‑of‑the‑art wafer inspection equipment. This role will support, expand, and maintain advanced metrology systems within the Surfscan product line.
Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years.
Base Pay Range: $100,100.00 - $170,200.00 Annually. Primary Location: USA‑OR‑Hillsboro‑Beaverton‑KLA.
