Job summary

DISHER Corp. in Grand Rapids, MI seeks a Configuration Analyst for a 6-18 month contract-to-hire opportunity. You will manage configuration and data processes, with Teamcenter as the system of record for documents, BOMs, and changes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of engineering-related experience, hands-on configuration management, and strong collaboration and communication skills. Experience with Teamcenter PLM and SAP VC is required; you will operate in a fast-evolving digital engineering

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience in configuration management.
• Experience using Siemens Teamcenter and SAP VC.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience administering or supporting Teamcenter PLM.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement configuration management and data management processes aligned with company standards.
• Serve as a key contributor to Teamcenter as the system of record for: engineering documents and drawings, product structures and BOMs, configuration and revision control, PLC software, simulation and emulation data.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage engineering documentation including: drawings, specifications, solution deliverables, change documentation.
• Analyze proposed design or configuration changes to assess impact on product structures, downstream manufacturing and installation, and customer-specific solutions.
• Support Teamcenter PLM administration and related activities.
