Job description

General Summary

The Product Development Assistant is responsible for supporting the Product Development team with all development tasks, tracking all samples, maintaining, and updating product information in our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. This position supports the Wholesale business. The responsibilities described below are considered essential functions of the role. This position is based in our LIC office and requires working on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the PD team in various day-to-day activities:
  • Maintain seasonal WIP files
  • Track sample statuses daily
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as needed
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Specific Job Skills

• Request and track all samples for duplicate sales samples prior to market for various sales offices
• Assist the team for any projects (pulling samples, printing prints, etc)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 1–2 years experience in industry or internships
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $24.00–$26.00. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
