You will drive data quality, dashboards, and decision-support tools while collaborating with leaders to inform capacity, resource allocation, and R&E investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with business analytics, portfolio reporting, financial analysis, or resource planning.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, or decision-support tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a single source of portfolio data and reporting standards across Gas Compressor Engineering and Operations.
• Consolidate and analyze R&E cost, effort, forecast, and capital expenditure information.
• Develop capacity, demand, labor utilization, and resource forecasting analyses.
• Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards, scorecards, and business performance metrics.
• Improve reporting processes through automation, system integration, and digital solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, IT, Strategy and Marketing to resolve data and process issues.
