Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in apparel product design.
• Experience with materials, trims, design and fit in a design environment.

• Familiarity with 3D software such as CLO or Vizcom; Vizcom/3D/Miro is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Portfolio showing insight-driven design for women’s and men’s performance apparel.

Job Title: Product Designer - Specialized

Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are partnering with a leading design team to hire a Product Designer - Specialized for a high-visibility apparel design assignment focused on basketball. This position will contribute to seasonal concept development, cross-functional collaboration, and polished product execution that supports future collections.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling apparel concepts, narratives, and design solutions that align with consumer, cultural, and athlete insights.
• Collaborate closely with graphic designers, color designers, product management, merchandising, material and trim development, technical development, and sourcing teams.
• Create and present design assets, illustrations, and concepts that support women’s and men’s performance and style apparel product.
• Contribute to research, brainstorming, and ongoing design reviews while helping advance new work for future seasons.

Required

• 8+ years of experience in a product design role related to apparel.
• Experience working in a design environment with materials, trims, design, and fit.
• Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with 3D rendering software such as CLO or Vizcom is required; Vizcom/3D/Miro experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and present concepts to stakeholders.
• Compelling portfolio demonstrating insight-driven design, concept and narrative development, problem-solving, and polished execution of women’s and men’s performance and style apparel product.
