Bitwarden is seeking a Product Designer for the End User Experience team to design everyday experiences across browser extensions, web, desktop, and mobile apps. You’ll improve onboarding, autofill, passkeys, and secure sharing while communicating security concepts clearly to non-technical users.

Join a design system-driven team that leverages AI tools for rapid prototyping, research, and iteration, collaborating with product, engineering, and researchers to ship user-centered security features.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product design or equivalent.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end design work on digital products.
• Strong interaction design skills, including sketching, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Proficiency in Figma and component-based design systems.
• Experience using AI tools in design (Claude, ChatGPT, V0, Figma AI) and writing prompts.
• Frontend development experience or prototyping in code with AI tools.
• Interest in designing AI features with usability and trust considerations.
• Understanding of cybersecurity, online privacy, and open source.
• Ability to design for users with varied technical knowledge.
• Strong communication and collaborative working style.

Responsabilités

• Design experiences for individual, Premium, Families, and Business users across browser extension, web app, desktop app, and mobile apps.
• Improve key user journeys including onboarding, autofill, passkeys, secure sharing, and account recovery.
• Explain security concepts in user-friendly terms for non-technical users.
• Create user flows, prototypes, and production-ready designs using the Bitwarden design system.
• Use AI design tools to scale research, ideation, prototyping, and iteration.
• Collaborate with product teams to explore new concepts, including agentic workflows.
• Support user interviews and usability testing, and apply results to designs.
• Present work in critiques and to product and engineering partners.
