Amazon’s Last Mile Transporter Experience Design team is seeking a senior Product Designer to own navigation and delivery workflows in Bellevue. You’ll shape UX direction, design strategy, testing, and cross‑team collaboration from discovery to delivery.

You’ll lead end‑to‑end design for real‑world routes, collaborating with product, cartography, and engineering to create safe, efficient, and intuitive experiences for transporters with strong visual language and pragmatic problem solving.

Amazon’s Last Mile Transporter Experience Design team builds the experiences that help transporters move through real-world routes with confidence. As a Product Designer in Bellevue, you’ll shape navigation and delivery workflows, taking ownership from early UX direction through design strategy, testing, and cross-team collaboration.

You’ll work end-to-end on problems that connect digital design with physical operations, helping define where transporters need to go, what they need to do, and the clearest path to get it done safely and efficiently.

• Balance long-range vision with fast execution, delivering near-term outcomes while exploring future opportunities.
• Support transporter navigation and safe package delivery by providing clear guidance on destinations, next steps, and best routes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of design experience.
• Experience with driving or wayfinding apps, logistics, or service design.
