Qualifications

• 2+ years of product designer experience across web, mobile, or connected platforms.
• Portfolio demonstrating UX and visual design solving user/business problems.
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, IA, and visual fundamentals.
• Experience with design systems and applying brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute across all phases of the design process from discovery to implementation.
• Own design of smaller standalone features or contribute to larger initiatives.
• Create artifacts: user flows, wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, presentations.
• Participate in research/discovery to understand user needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, research, editorial, growth & analytics.
• Communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
• Contribute to design critiques and workshops.
• Apply design systems and brand guidelines; identify improvements.
• Iterate using feedback, usability findings, and business insights.
• Support testing/validation to translate learnings into improvements.
• Build productive cross-team relationships to foster a collaborative design culture.
• Stay informed on trends and emerging tech to inspire opportunities.
