This early-stage role requires turning company priorities into clear work while partnering across functions and shaping design processes that scale with the company. You will influence how the Design function develops, establish useful standards, and help build systems that support growth and responsible execution as the company

• Own day-to-day work across accessible research-led experiences, interaction quality, visual systems, prototyping, and design collaboration.
• Translate priorities into documented plans, decisions, and measurable outcomes.
• Build lightweight, repeatable processes for an early-stage company.
• Collaborate across functions to resolve dependencies and deliver complete outcomes.
• Identify risks early and escalate critical decisions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and handle information responsibly.
• Use evidence and feedback to improve quality and stakeholder experience.
• Communicate progress, constraints, priorities, and results clearly.
