About The Team

The Product Design team is composed of groups that define, create, and deliver all user-facing aspects of Stripe’s brand and product. Product Designers are strategic partners to Engineering and Product Management, shaping user experiences and translating them into high-quality designs that are tested, shipped, and refined. They focus on building elegant, functional products that users love and want to share.

About The Dashboard Team

The Dashboard team ensures Stripe works seamlessly for every merchant, regardless of their business structure or product usage. Our goal is to make Stripe feel personalized for each user.

What you’ll do

• Help build and enhance the Stripe Dashboard by designing, concepting, and prototyping core dashboard and product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the Stripe ecosystem, users, and UI to inform product direction.
• Deliver high-quality, user-centered designs that improve core features and overall user experience.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, user researchers, and content designers to shape strategy and execution.
• Share work regularly in design reviews and contribute to a culture of feedback and iteration.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 5+ years of relevant design experience.
• A portfolio showcasing strong design skills with high-quality, well-crafted UI experiences.
• Experience partnering closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to drive product direction.
• Ability to work horizontally across product verticals and collaborate with team and company leadership.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, viewpoints, and user and business needs to develop solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for B2B and/or fintech products.

Working remotely at Stripe

A remote location is typically defined as being 35 miles or more from an office. While you may come into the office for meetings, on-sites, and events, regular work from home is expected. Stripe does not cover relocation costs. We encourage applicants to consider roles that match their current or planned location.

Pay and benefits

The annual US base salary range for this role is $159,300 - $238,900. Additional benefits may include equity, bonuses, 401(k), medical/dental/vision benefits, and wellness stipends.
