Job summary

A technology-driven sports organization in Los Angeles is seeking a passionate designer to join their Product team. You will be responsible for leading the design of user-friendly features and conducting user research to improve product offerings. Ideal candidates have multiple years of design experience and enjoy working in a collaborative environment. This role offers the chance to grow your skills in an early-stage startup atmosphere, contributing to meaningful problems in sports.

A passionate designer with a love of humans and sports.

You have multiple years of experience designing software platforms.

You have several design reps under your belt, but you’re not too senior to talk with users and personally produce designs from scratch in figma.

You thrive on a team environment where everyone cares about your work and you probably competed yourself in sports at a high level.

What you’ll do

There’s A LOT going on a CrewLAB right now. You’ll be joining the Product team to lead to a variety of design activities including but not limited to:

UX/UI Design

• Full cycle of design of new features and services
• Production and management of design documents
• Assess the quality and completeness of new releases

User Research

• Run and synthesize insights from interviews of our users to find opportunities to improve the design of our products
• Engage in product discovery exercises to determine what can be done to improve the lives of athletes and coaches

We operate at a fast-pace and release new product every 2 weeks. We do collaborative brainstorms and trust our designers to make great decisions to bring ideas to life.
