DocuSign, Inc. is seeking a Product Designer for the Solutions and Enterprise team to enhance end-to-end contracting workflows, from creation to renewal. You will work with PM, Engineering, UXR and design peers to shape intelligent contract management experiences using AI-powered tools.

You will operate in a hybrid model with in-office and remote work, contributing to a scalable design system and a culture of craft and user-centered design.

What you'll do

As a Product Designer on the Solutions and Enterprise team, you'll focus on enhancing the end-to-end contracting process from agreement creation and negotiation through approvals, signature, and renewal. You'll help shape the convergence of Contract Lifecycle Management with Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform, creating a connected experience across AI-powered review, workflows, integrations, and agreement insights. This is a highly collaborative role working closely with Product Management, Engineering, User Research, Content Design, and the design team.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Design.

Responsibility

• Design clear, consistent flows across a product using existing design systems and components, keeping scalability and patterns in mind
• Partner with product management, engineering and user research to define multiple product features, owning the design execution with support from senior designers
• Use AI tools (like Figma, Vercel, Claude Code, etc) throughout the design process to accelerate exploration, prototyping, synthesis, and iteration while maintaining a high bar for design judgment and craft
• Leverage data points like analytics and research to inform your work but rely on your intuition to fill in the gaps
• Contribute to a creative, supportive culture for the entire Experience design team

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience designing enterprise, consumer, and/or mobile user experiences for large-scale web services
• Portfolio of work inspired by user research demonstrating product design strategy, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, articulation of design rationale, strong communication and storytelling skills

Preferred

• Experience designing AI-powered products, agentic experiences, or enterprise automation
• Understanding of emerging AI interaction patterns and the challenges of designing for trust, transparency, explainability, user control, and governance
• Ability to identify where AI meaningfully improves an experience-and where a deterministic or traditional interaction is the better solution
• You believe that designers have a responsibility for what we put into the world and you care deeply about shipping work that reflects well on your team and your company's brand
• You're curious, open-minded and ego-free. You have a growth mindset and thrive on continuous learning

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $104,900.00 - $161,975.00 base salary

Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $99,000.00 - $136,200.00 base salary

Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $99,000.00 - $144,200.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for the following:

• Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
• Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
