Job summary

Usul invites a Product Designer to shape our commercial platform, partnering with the Head of Product Design to deliver features from discovery to delivery across the Usul suite.

Based in San Francisco, this full-time role involves collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to create scalable, intuitive experiences for government and defense-related customers, with travel to on-site engagements as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in product/UX design.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design.
• Ability to translate user feedback into product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design with guidance on complex problems, considering long-term impact within a Usul product area.
• Develop understanding of our users to inform solutions throughout the design process.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, Head of Product Design, and others.
• Exhibit strong craft and interaction design, maintain high quality for experiences and our design system.
• Translate the Usul brand across product experiences.
• Create design materials as necessary.
