Job summary

Palantir Technologies, a world-changing software company, is seeking a product designer who will shape user experiences across complex data-driven interfaces. You will lead design concepts, prototype interactions, and advocate for UX consistency within cross-functional teams.

You’ll conduct user research, interview customers, and translate insights into actionable designs while collaborating with engineers and PMs to deliver polished products. Must show strong portfolio and frontend awareness.

Qualifications

Portfolio demonstrating at least one software interface design project.
Ability to interview and learn from users; blend qualitative and quantitative data.
Strong collaboration with engineers and product managers.

Responsibilities

Lead design concepts and prototypes using Figma through the product lifecycle.
Conduct user research through interviews and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to implement designs.
Maintain awareness of frontend constraints; communicate what's feasible to engineers.
