The Global Barbie team is seeking a highly skilled, experienced and self-motivatedDesigner to join its product design team. You’ll play a key role in identifying and developing new product opportunities that resonate with today’s kids by translating consumer insights, emerging trends, and technologies into engaging and successful toys. This includes generating and communicating toy concepts through 2D sketching and/or 3D models, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners in marketing, engineering, and packaging, and ensuring all designs align with Mattel’s standards of quality and brand integrity. The ideal candidate will possess proven product design experience showing ability to work on challenging and fun products as well as ideating new concepts.
