Job summary

Ayrin Digital LLC is seeking aProduct Designer to craft thoughtful, polished interfaces for a range of clients. You will partner with product managers, engineers, QA, and clients from definition through delivery, balancing user needs with business and technical constraints.

This remote role invites a designer with 4–8 years of experience, a strong portfolio, and ability to work across agile teams in a 100% remote-first organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 4–8 years of proven product design experience for digital products.
• Strong portfolio showing UX processes, UI decisions, and outcomes.
• Experience across full UI/UX design process and prototyping.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, eng, research, QA, marketing, and business.
• Knowledge of responsive UI, accessibility, design systems, and platform conventions (Material, iOS).
• Familiarity with agile development; strong design critique and feedback skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients, product owners, and stakeholders to understand goals and constraints.
• Translate goals and insights into UX strategies, flows, and roadmaps.
• Lead design reviews, workshops, and contribute to a scalable UI system.
• Conduct or contribute to user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
• Define information architecture, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and production UI.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure quality and alignment with the intended experience.
• Iterate designs based on feedback, data, and changing business needs.
