Job summary

RADICL is seeking a Product (UX/UI) Designer to redefine how U.S. SMBs experience cybersecurity. You’ll design interfaces that transform a complex, alert-heavy data landscape into clear, actionable workflows.

As an early member, you’ll work with an experienced founding team and shape the platform using AI-assisted prototyping and a growing design system. Hybrid in Boulder, you’ll collaborate closely with product and engineering to ship real features.

Qualifications

2–4 years of product design experience with end-to-end process visible in portfolio.
Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
Solid UX fundamentals: IA, interaction design, usability heuristics, user flows.
Experience designing sophisticated B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, compliance, multi-tenancy, or data-dense products.
Hands-on experience designing UX for AI agentic workflows.
Experience contributing to a design system.
Ability to move independently from ambiguous problems to working prototypes.
Track record of partnering with engineering and product to ship real features.
Strong communication skills; comfortable defending design decisions.
Balance rapid tactical fixes with longer, structured design initiatives.
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Figma Make).

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Senior Product Designer, engineering, and product management to take ideas from rough sketches to shipped features.
Prototype fast using AI-assisted prototyping tools to turn sketches into interactive prototypes.
Execute and scale by balancing tactical UX/UI fixes on the live product with contributions to the design system.
