CodeRabbit is redefining how developers review code with AI-powered tools across IDEs, Git platforms, the CLI, and the web. As a Product Designer, you will shape interfaces that millions of developers rely on, blending craft, empathy, and deep technical complexity.

You’ll own design strategy and the design system across our product suite, lead high-quality craft, and build a team of exceptional designers. This is a high-ownership role focused on trust, polish, and scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of product design experience in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems across platforms.
• Proficiency with modern design tools like Figma; comfortable prototyping with HTML/CSS/JS.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design process for the AI code review platform, from research to high-fidelity visuals.
• Craft polished, trustworthy interfaces that earn developer trust in AI-generated suggestions.
• Define interaction patterns, motion, and micro-interactions for AI experiences.
• Build and scale a comprehensive design system across Web, IDE extensions, and CLI surfaces.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and AI teams to ship high-quality work quickly.
