Job Summary: As a Product Designer at Saronic, you will play a pivotal role in designing user-centered solutions for our autonomous surface vessels and related systems. Responsibilities

• Contribute to the overall direction and decision-making for product and design strategy
• Own all aspects of design execution from discovery, ideation, prototyping, testing, and implementation
• Use storytelling to align and bring stakeholders along in your design process.
• Play an influential role in shaping the end‑to‑end experiences for critical operator workflows.
• Maintain a high bar for craft‑driving novel experiences at the edge, and bring back the results to evolve the underlying platform experience.
• Balance short‑term tactical bets while making meaningful progress towards long‑term strategic pursuits.
• Help to shape our ways of working as a centralized product design function operating in a fast paced environment.
